Contract rules for hog and corn base adjustments
A contract governs hog payments tied to corn base acreage. If base under ten acres, payment to hogers hinges on reducing corn acreage to or below base. For base 10–15 acres options include adjustment with payment or exemption from adjustment with no acreage increase. A signer with small corn base can participate by meeting terms and avoiding base acreage rise.
