Mrs. Allison 89 Dies in Merrill Nursing Home
Mrs. Sam Allison aged 89 died at 10 25 Sunday in Merrill Nursing Home after a long illness. Funeral services were held Monday at Spill Memorial Chapel with Rev Harry Grantz officiating. Burial followed in Northview Cemetery. She was born Lettie Isabell Henry in 1882 in South Carolina and had lived in Texas since childhood. Survivors include five sons, one daughter, four step-children and four step-daughters plus many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Pallbearers were Louis Wade Wesley Wade Alvis Waldrop Garland Crouch Kenneth Sneed and Wardell Long.
