The Secretary of State certifies the annexed true transcript of the original Articles of Incorporation of The Great Western Oil & Mineral Company on file in Garson City Nevada dated the 13th day of June 1928. The document bears the Great Seal and signature of Secretary W. G. Greathouse with Deputy John W. Brooks.
