Former Las Vegas Chief of Police Lake and Officer Henry Deadrich posted $5000 bail each after being charged with first degree murder in the shooting death of eight year old Sheridan Bradshaw. A coroner jury ruled the death accidental, attributing the pistol discharge to Deadrich during official duty as officers pursued the boy’s father C. W. Bradshaw. Lake resigned yesterday.
