Floodwaters of the Little Colorado River receded today easing danger to Leupp Navajo Indian agency 27 miles northwest of Winslow as 400 school children 24 hospital patients and 60 employees were moved to safety after a levee breach. Smaller children and hospital patients were transported to Winslow with blankets tents and food while larger children remained on high ground.
