RANGOON Burma Dec 29 CP The dashing leader of the Burmese rebels in Tharawaddy district remains a mystery but a report says he is a sham prince foretold by a fortune teller to become king of Burma. Government forces 70 miles north of Rangoon press the band, and authorities reportedly plan a starvation campaign to force surrender.
