First Congressional District Delegate Convention Notice
The Republican District Committee of Minnesota East appoints a delegate convention at Oweee on Wednesday July 10 1577 at 4 P M to select a candidate for Member of Congress and to transact district business Delegates allocated by last governor vote with one for every 260 votes or major fraction and one for each county plus county at large. Also includes scattered political remarks and a mortgage foreclosure notice for Timothy Kirk in Winona County detailing default and sale of the property.
