In Columbus at noon in the state capitol rotunda George K Nash was inaugurated governor succeeding A S Bushnell. Chief Justice Shauck administered the oath and Bushnell presented the commission. Nash delivered his inaugural address and Lt Gov Caldwell was sworn in later in the senate chamber. A parade followed with military civic and political groups and a public reception capped the day.
