Lynching of Kidnappers Reported in Starr County

Rio Grande City December 10. Sheriff of Starr County arrested Cecil Barres and Vivian Diez, charged with kidnapping Senor Barres last August. En route here a mob of twenty Mexicans overhauled him and lynched the captors on the spot. The Mexican vigilantes action remains unexplained.
