Washington December 8 The Republican caucus committee has not set an order of business as yet leaving prospects unclear. Debate on the federal election bill will proceed this week with daily 2 o'clock sessions. If Democratic opposition continues Republicans may move to vote soon, possibly after morning business, unless rules change to permit the prior question. Also actions on appropriations, public buildings, and fortification and deficiency bills loom, with reports expected early in the week.
