Drowned in the Connecticut River near Byrrows Falls
Weston Moriarty a 13 year old son of Mr and Mrs F H Moriarty of Byrrows Falls drowned Tuesday afternoon in the Connecticut river near the logmen camp on the New Hampshire side. He and companions swam and ran near a log when he drifted beyond his depth and disappeared in the eddy. Despite attempts to swim ashore he was not recovered until seven o clock. A daughter of Mrs Disvid Laaby of the town is also noted in the report.
