The Brattleboro area has seen major highway improvements over recent years driven by new road building methods and the Highway commissioners in Windham County. Gov Fuller’s push for reform and advocacy by Vermonters aided funding and information sharing, boosting taxpayer interest and resulting in sturdier roads.
