Halt and others, alleges fraud and deceit in matters involving Bartlett Prescott, S. A. Smith & Co., and George E. Richards. Pitts submits an extensive sworn answer denying all accusations, detailing prior cases and client relations, asserting faithful representation and exercising duties without bias. All parties await further action as the court reviews the response and schedules further proceedings.
