The slate roof shows multiple worn spots and a heater fix is planned for the library room to end its extreme winter cold. In the Second Annual Park Festival Parade at Tipton on September 12, the TriCentral Marching Trojan Band placed second, trailing Noblesville. Six marching units competed, including Tipton High, with results continued on page 3.
