Man Is Arrested On Felonious Assault Charge
Charles Taylor, a known young man, was jailed after noon today by Policeman Massie on a charge of attempted felonious assault filed by Mrs. Noah Sowers. Mrs. Sowers says Taylor seized her in the alley near the Taylor Hotel, choking her and threatening to shout. Taylor claims he stood on Main Street, offered her a drink, and she tripped over a wagon tongue, then screamed before he left.

River yields up long lost dead in murky Hu River
After five months the body of Arthur Snider formerly of Winchester was recovered from the Hu River near Annadale New York. The youth, once employed in a local harness shop and later at W H Baker and Co, disappeared January 5 while skating. His brother William plans shipment to Braddock Street for burial. Edward Cooper and Daniel Leary survived the incident.
