Finance report at council outlines canons amendments and budgets

Estimable Lady Harriet Mumaw Dies in County
Mrs. Harriet Ann Mumaw died at her Refuge area home Thursday morning after long illness and a stroke. She was 74 and a longtime resident with many relatives nearby. Funeral services were held at Friendship Chapel led by Rev. William B Stevens, with interment at Friendship Chapel. She leaves one son William Mumaw and siblings Alfred Orndorff Philip Orndorff and Mrs. Benjamin Steele.
