Oppose Consolidation Protested by Frederick Winchester Clarke Boards
The Frederick Winchester Clarke boards unanimously adopt resolutions protesting state plans to consolidate the three counties into one division. They argue against Clarke’s merger with Frederick and Winchester and urge retention of Clarke with Warren, citing communication, district alignment, and superintendent concerns. The group supports elevating Mr. Lynch to a $900 salary with local supplements if Clarke is kept separate.
