Judge Thomas W. Harrison of Winchester is named among ten eminent Virginia lawyers nominated by the Supreme Court of Appeals to revise the state code. Other nominees include Robert M. Hughes, Thomas R. Keith, Martin P. Burks, E. P. Buford, Frank B. Hutton, W. M. Lile, John B. Miner, Raleigh C. Miner, and Samuel A. Anderson. Governor Stuart will select three from the list. each reviser will be paid 6000 dollars. The task is lengthy and exacting according to the Richmond News Leader tribute to the selections.

Fractures Skull in Pike Motorcycle Crash
Leonard Grabill and Keyser Price, both of New Market in Shenandoah county, were injured near Maury in Rockingham county just after midnight Thursday. Grabill suffered a fractured skull and deep scalp wounds requiring stitches. he is listed in critical condition and resting at the Maury home. Price, though cut and bruised, was not seriously hurt and helped Grabill to nearby residence. doctors and the sheriff were notified.
