Winchester to Sell Fifty Thousand Dollar Sewerage Bonds
Under Virginia law and local ordinance, the Winchester Finance Committee will accept sealed bids for a fifty thousand dollar issue of special sewerage bonds. The bonds bear four percent interest and are issued under the 1908 act and the 1909 election and ordinance. Bids close at 10 o clock A M.

Winchester seeks bids for fifty thousand sewerage bonds
On Wednesday June 23 1909 Winchester will open sealed bids for fifty thousand dollars in sewerage bonds in denominations of five hundred dollars each dated July 1 1909 bearing four percent interest payable semi annually. Bids must include bid amount and price per bond with a one percent certified check. The Finance Committee may accept reject or adjust bids and may auction unsold bonds at noon the same day in front of the County Court House Winchester Virginia.
