Baker chocolate litigation settled for 57000 in cash
The Western District of Virginia judge confirmed Master Commissioner Sipe's report awarding 57 000 to Walter Baker Company against W H Baker Company of Winchester for alleged trademark violations. No appeal followed and the Winchester firm paid yesterday via the First National Bank of Harrisonburg to Grattan and Grattan. The payment was in legal tender.
