Citizens Band Moves to Affleck Building on Market Street
The Citizens' Band, formed about a year ago in a room above Mr. C A Rahiman's cigar factory on Water street, relocated its instruments to the Affleck building on North Market street. The second floor will house the band and Company I, Second Virginia Regiment. Members met at 8 o'clock Friday evening for rehearsal and to discuss business. Mr. W D Smith Jr, recently returning from the University of Virginia, arrived Friday to spend time here.
