Winchester issues fifty thousand dollar sewerage bonds
Under Virginia law and city ordinance sealed bids are invited for the entire fifty thousand dollar sewerage bond issue of Winchester to be dated July 1 1909 bearing four percent interest payable semi annually. Bids must include certified funds and specify purchase price per bond. If unsold a public auction may be held June 23 1909 at the County Courthouse Winchester.
