Mrs Danske Bodinger Dandridge a noted author and poet with ties to Winchester and Shepherdstown died by self inflicted gunshot at her home in Jefferson county West Virginia. She was born Copenhagen 1868 and raised by her grandfather John W Lawrence. Her works include Jo and Other Poems 1900 American Prisoners of the Revolution 1911 and My Garden From Day to Day. Her death follows illness and a nurse was in attendance. Survived by husband Adam Stephen Dandridge and a daughter Violet.
