Ellis E Foust Dies of Typhoid at 45 in Chambersburg
Ellis Elmer Foust president of the Quincy Engine Company and a Cumberland Valley Railroad real estate agent died at his Chambersburg home of typhoid fever at age 45. He was a Chambersburg lawyer stockholder in several banks and a founder of the Waynesboro Printing Company. He leaves a wife and two children and was well known in Winchester where friends mourn his death. He had many railroad real estate duties and broad local ties.
