Britaxce Virginia February 17 Special dispatch Ben F Smoot of Winchester narrowly escaped death when a stray bullet from boys shooting at a mark exploded among shavings in a college basement. The bullet struck above his right temple leaving a three quarter inch wound but he continues about his duties.
