The funeral of six year old Tinsy Elsea, daughter of Newton Elsea of Clarke County, was held at her home and she was buried in Ebenezz Cemetery. James W Seabright, a Winchester born contractor and bricklayer, died in Baltimore at midnight after a six month illness including diabetes and pneumonia. Survived by a widow and seven children, his funeral will be held in Winchester with burial at Mount Hebron after arrival from Baltimore.
