Girl Almost Nude Languishes In Jail
Frances Plauger a young girl is jailed in Rockingham County Virginia for larceny of clothes from John Ritchie near Sipe's store. Tried before Justice Floyd she received two years in the reform school. She was held until transfer and was nearly naked when taken to Harrisonburg. Deputy Carickhoff provided clothing. Her father died at a distillery years ago.
