Is State Prison A Pest House In Virginia Quarantine
Susan Barber remains in the city jail after a four year penitentiary sentence as Richmond Prison officials quarantine the state to prevent contagion. Family fears rabies as pets and cattle die in convulsions
Mr Charles Ryman of Shenandoah county Virginia and his family on a northbound Baltimore and Ohio train head to Baltimore for Pasteur Institute treatment after a rabid dog bitten them and several of their cattle and a cat.
