He owned The Tuleyries estate near Boyce Clarke County Virginia valued property later sold to Graham Blaney.

Mr. L D Copeland father of Edward Copeland of this city dies of pneumonia in Clifton Forge Va after several weeks illness. Born in New York about 63 years ago he lived in Spottsylvania County as a child and worked as an engineer in St Louis before joining Wrought Iron Range Co and later selling for D R Eskey. Remains arrive Winchester tonight and services are set for three o clock tomorrow at Market Street Methodist with Rev Beale officiating. Interment in Mount Hebron Cemetery.

Faithful Mammy Aunt Harriett Crawley Dies at 75
Aunt Harriett Crawley known as Aunt Molly, a longtime enslaved helper linked to the Snap family, died at the county parish farm aged 75. She lived with Mrs Amanda Snapp and later Mrs Victoria Perry before moving to Strasburg then Frederick county almshouse, where life ended peacefully. She was beloved among white residents as a faithful mammie figure.

Bliss Virginia December 26 a quiet but pretty wedding was held at Mrs Gertrude Peerys home. Miss Mabel Peery wed Mr John I Lonas Heishman a prominent farmer and school teacher of Star Tannery. The ceremony was by Rev Potter. Guests celebrated with a Christmas dinner at the brides mothers home.

Boy seriously burned climbing electric pole in Berryville
Worthington Whitacre 13, son of photographer T. W. Whitacre, remains in serious condition at Dr. Tucker's hospital after touching a high tension wire on the Charles Town pike near Charles Everhart's residence. Herman Hable assistant manager of the Auditorium fell on Main Street in front of his father's store during a late fire drill. His right knee cap was broken and he was treated at Bushnell's drug store by Dr. Latane before returning home. Doctors expect recovery of his leg use.

George Nelson Gregg Trainmaster Dies After Illness
Intelligence from Winchester reports George Nelson Gregg aged 50 trainmaster of the West Jersey and Seaboard Railroad died at Orthopaedic Hospital Philadelphia on Sunday. He leaves a widow and two children and had been ill for months since exposure at the Thoroughfare bridge accident. He began as a locomotive fireman in 1875, rose to telegraph work, and served as trainmaster for ten years. His home was in Merchantville Pennsylvania. His widow is Laura Polk of Winchester, daughter of the late Robert I W Polk, longtime organist at Christ Protestant Episcopal Church.

Louis Thompson Dies In Florida
Louis Thompson former Berryville, Virginia resident dies in Florida after a short illness from acute pneumonia in his sixty seventh year. He served in First Florida Cavalry during the Civil War and is survived by a brother Pratt Thompson of Fernandina and many Florida Virginia and Illinois relatives.
