Mr. Arthur W. Phillips president of Loudoun Mutual Fire Insurance Company and local agent Hugh S. Lupton visited Mr. William E. Branson’s farm near Clearbrook to adjust losses from a December fire that destroyed barns corn houses carriage sheds and more. Branson reported 300 bushels of wheat burned and praised neighbors for their aid during and after the blaze as he plans to rebuild promptly.
