Three Enforcing Land Tracts Sold in Graichen Case
In Berryville Virginia the circuit court confirmed three land tracts in the John Deere Plow Co. vs Garver case and set a new upset bid for the Calmes Neck tract at 7.25 per acre. Graichen Lloyd Furhhouser, and Walden Coleman may bid up to 725 to win. The home tract of 249 acres sold for 45 per acre totaling 16185. The Baxnk 8 Pie tract of 53 acres sold at 7.50 per acre for 275. The Ash oy Gah tract of 170 acres sold at 45.50 per acre for 2635. All three tracts together fetched over 19 000.
