Harry Kelley to be buried in Winchester
The remains of Harry P. Kelley who died Sunday in Cumberland will be brought to Winchester tomorrow. He was 27, son of the late Daniel Kelley, born in Winchester, lived in Piedmont as a boy, then Cumberland where he worked as a machinist for the Baltimore and Ohio shops. He is survived by his widowed mother Miss Malinda Arnold and two sisters Mrs J E Cline and Mrs W M Perry. The funeral cortege will go from the train to Mt. Brons Cemetery.

H E March, a popular conductor on the Jenny Lind street line, purchases a half interest in Logan's confectionery on Locust street. He plans to move the store to the Schmidt building on Fifth avenue. Winchester Vandalism Shatters Saloon Window
Early morning vandalism on North Main Street in Winchester leaves J R Doran’s saloon window smashed and a United States mail box damaged. A rock weighing about eight pounds was found near the scene and police vow an arrest soon. The loss is estimated at sixty dollars and motives remain unclear.

At the Baltimore Methodist Conference, reports show total membership at 52 283, an increase of 259 from last year. Foreign mission gifts reached 10 832 15 with Winchester district third at 1 528 and domestic missions at 7 566 with Winchester district third at 1 009. Clerical alternates to the General Conference were elected: J W Duffey B W Bond and David Bush. Conference adjourned to meet next year in Fredericksburg Virginia.

Will of Mrs. Cornelia J. Adams Admitted to Probate
The will of Mrs. Cornelia J. Adams of Baltimore was admitted to probate in the Orphans Court. After bequests of household furniture, the remainder goes to her three children Ida V. Pacetti Ella Mifflin and Henry B. Adams. Mrs. Pacetti named executrix and bonded for 1500. The will dated June 13 1899 and Mrs Adams died March 25.

New Hotel Planned at Berkeley Springs by Jack and Unger
