Telegram received by the Winchester Postmaster from Lebanon Kentucky dated November 16 1908 says the inspector will arrive Wednesday morning to inspect offered sites for a Federal Building notify bidders The sites include Justice property on West Fairfax street Oden property on East Fairfax Parrish property on South Main and the old church property north of the courthouse The inspector will review all sites and report to the Treasury Department in Washington no decision expected for several weeks after the report is sent.
