Hard Fought Football Clash On Local Field
A crowd of under 100 watched Kentucky Wesleyan and Georgetown College play a high spirited football game on a local field. Wesleyan dominated the line and passing, with standout runs by Atkin and hard tackles by Hunt and Boles, while Georgetown relied on a persistent end rush and a notable quarterback kick pattern. Final tally saw Wesleyan end on top due to stronger defense and multiple first downs, despite Georgetown scoring in the second half.
