In East Haven inmate Robert Morrison escaped again. He was spotted Tuesday morning on a lonely road in Henry county by Sheriff Fisher and Deputy Reichard, fleeing on a horse hitched to a buggy. Morrison had previously attempted an escape and was recaptured, then later found hiding in a potato bin in the basement of his Carlos City home.
