Diggs Pleads Guilty to Rape and Robbery Sentencing
Ralph Diggs aged 20 changed his plea to guilty on charges of raping and robbing a Front Royal woman. Judge Duncan C. Gibb imposed two 20 year sentences to run consecutively totaling 40 years with parole eligibility in 10 years after a plea bargain between the commonwealth and Diggs's attorney. Police testified the 18 year old victim identified Diggs from photos after the Feb 2 attack in a Front Royal professional office where about $35 was stolen.

Three car crash injures woman on Rt. 340 South
