VSCPA board gains Winchester CPA Fisher II
Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants announces John R. Fisher II of Winchester elected to its Board of Directors at the annual Norfolk meeting on Sept 14. Alfred L Snapp Sr of Winchester elected president of East Central Fruit Growers Production Credit Association with Dallas O Adams of Hagerstown Md named secretary treasurer. Other directors include Edward W Hepburn of Hancock Md and Stanley E Eye of Harpers Ferry W Va. East Central part of Farm Credit Service lending about 500 million to farmers across multiple states and Puerto Rico.
