About 100 delegates from eight churches attended the Atlantic District Brethren conference opening at First Brethren Church on Berryville Ave. Ballots were cast for moderator vice moderator secretary treasurer and statistician but results await today’s later session. Delegates hailed from Allentown Philadelphia Washington Alexandria Hagerstown Seven Fountains and Winchester with Rev William Clough and Rev William A Steffler leading prayers and talks.
