Wayne Pete McIlwee of Star Tannery in Frederick County posted $1000 bail for his December 5 court appearance on a joint murder indictment with Kermit Orndorff. Orndorff, convicted of first degree murder and sentenced to 38 years, saw his wife Frances Nichols Orndorff killed last December 29. her funeral is set for Sunday in Strasburg.
