Paper Mill To Begin Wednesday
It was announced this afternoon that the paper mill will be put in production on Wednesday or Thursday of this week. Mr. Erbe, the superintendent, said about 40 men will be added to the payroll, preference being given former employees of the plant. If the number obtained from their ranks is not sufficient, work will be given to several newcomers. A reserve of several hundred tons of scrap has been collected but more is being sought and local citizens are urged to save their newspapers and other waste papers which may be marketed locally.
