House Heavily Damaged Near Winchester After Fire
A fire of undetermined origin heavily damaged a two story house owned by Walter Pingley ten miles south of Winchester on the Cedar Creek Grade yesterday afternoon. Stephens City and Shawnee fire companies fought the blaze before 2 45 p m. The back wing kitchen and upstairs bedroom were burned away with a back porch and outbuilding. No injuries were reported. Investigation into the origin continues.
