Two Killed In CAP Plane Crash Near Danville
A Civil Air Patrol Piper Cub spun from 100 feet and crashed into pines 10 miles northeast of Danville. Victims are Ira Reynolds 18 and William Montgomery 16 of Ringgold. Reynolds, the probable pilot, held a CAP and FAA license. The plane was a total loss with wreckage scattered.
