Prison escape suspect found hiding use of prison stripes
Henry Catlett alias Wartnose Catlett escaped from the state convict road force in Warren county while wearing the striped prison clothes and iron leg shackles. Health Inspector J Robert Doran found the gear at Catlett’s northeast Winchester home. Catlett’s wife recalls him arriving at night in stripes before removing the iron rivets and leaving. He is believed to be in Morgan county West Virginia in hiding. Officers plan to return him to finish his sentence and face extra time for the escape.
