In Montgomery Alabama a Hampton Virginia couple John and Jeanie Suter faced young person mistreatment charges after their 2 year old daughter was found gagged and bound in a heat soaked car in the motel parking lot. Paramedics treated the child and she was taken to St Margaret s Hospital emergency room in good condition.
