Man Held on Charge of Possessing Materials for Still
Wade Buchet of near Mountain His was held for grand jury action by Justice Tavenner in the county magistrate court on charges of possessing materials capable of making a still with intent to manufacture one. Sheriff Pannett and Deputy Wigginton arrested him after a search found copper top of a still and about 20 pounds of sheet copper. he is a tinsmith who claimed the metal was for his business. He posted bond for $500 with his wife as security.
