Woman Held In Murder Has Not Asked Bond
FRONT ROYAL Mrs Lana Elaine Burnett 21 charged with murder in the stabbing of William Cody Smith 39 in Front Royal Sunday has not requested bond today. If she asks for bond a bond hearing will be set in Warren County Court. A preliminary hearing date had not been chosen. Burnett the former Lana Elaine Turner is the divorced mother of three. Police say the stabbing followed an argument and a struggle. Funeral for Smith set for tomorrow at 2 PM at Marlow Heights Baptist Church Front Royal. Burial in Prospect Hill Cemetery.

Capt. Harold M. Moore of Pekin Illinois led a 12 man American Special Forces team at Plei Me 210 miles northeast of Saigon under siege by Viet Cong.
