Edith Osborne Ashby a three year old daughter of Mr and Mrs Osborne Ashby of near Berryville was taken to Children’s Hospital Washington suffering bulbar polio. It is Clarke County’s eighth infantile paralysis case this year and third this month. She became ill last Saturday and was treated for tonsillitis before spinal tap confirmed polio.
