A 168 acre tract tied to a Clarke County nine lot subdivision faces foreclosure by Art Curry. John Sfarnas and Harry Hicks bought the land in 1977 for about 160000. attorney Michael Bryan plans to seek an injunction and clarification of repayment terms. A public auction is set for November 8. Bryan will appear in Clarke County Circuit Court this Thursday.
