The Commonwealth will move the court to forfeit a motor vehicle for statute violations and sell it on November 20, 1967. The owner may appear and plead reasons why the vehicle should not be forfeited, as stated by Commonwealth's Attorney Joseph A Massie Jr for Frederick County Virginia.
