Mrs Rosemond Hart was granted a divorce from Frederick William Hart in Cincinnati Domestic Relations Court. Alimony of $5 000 cash and one third of Hart's income for life was agreed out of court. The action connects to Mrs Stanley Knox Hall-Quest, whose husband had a divorce in Chicago to permit her remarriage.

A straw stack burned at James White's Cedar Creek grade farm yesterday afternoon around five. The Friendship Fire Company saved the house and barn using creek water while White and family were away. Neighbor Mrs Simmons and husband used a car siren to alert Winchester residents, though the method caused a traffic alarm before the fire bell finally rang.
